Issue 01:

In this first issue of Full Tilt we showcase the work of Korea's preeminent feminist poet, Kim Hyesoon, which we present in an English-Chinese bilingual format along with an abridged version of an interview by Kim's English translator Don Mee Choi that originally appeared in the journal Positions. We would like to thank Zona Yi-ping Tsou for her invaluable help in preparing this feature. In this first issue of Full Tilt we also serve up a rich sampling of Chinese and Japanese verse in English translation as well as original English-language poetry by poets from the region and by translators working out of the East-Asian languages.
